Before making payment, customers are informed of the applicable service charges and any third-party or government charges that may apply to their request. Your quote lists the NameChangeDesk service fee, government or Gazette fee, newspaper publication charge, courier and any taxes separately, with the total.
The exact inclusions depend on the service you request and are confirmed in your quote. Do not assume a service is included because it is discussed on an informational page.

Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, the stage of work, third-party costs already incurred, and the terms shown at purchase.
We do not describe a payment as “fully refundable” unless the service terms actually provide for it.
